I am Isaac Osei-Badu, an Educationist, Nurse and Public Health Practitioner, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to our organisation.

My professional journey has been shaped by a strong commitment to education, nursing, public health, vocational training and professional development. I have built my academic and professional expertise through a combination of healthcare practice, teaching, assessment and quality assurance.

My academic and professional qualifications include:

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health
  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Health Science
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing (Adult Nursing)
  • Diploma in General Nursing (Adult Nursing)
  • Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocationally Related Qualifications
  • Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) – currently in progress

I have more than 12 years of teaching experience, having worked as a Health Tutor within Ministry of Health Health Training Institutions and as a Health Tutor across a number of colleges in the UK. I also have seven years of experience as a Practical Examination Assessor for the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana (NMC-Ghana).

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in teaching, clinical instruction, learner assessment, practical examination, examination development, test construction, internal quality assurance and the assessment of vocationally related qualifications.

My passion is to create educational opportunities that enable learners to develop the knowledge, practical skills, confidence and professional values required to succeed in health, social care and other vocational professions.
